This finely ground matcha is made from carefully selected tea leaves, stone-milled to create a delicate powder perfect for thin tea (usucha). With its light, refreshing flavour, it is easy to drink and also an excellent choice for use in baking and desserts.

Usucha (straight matcha)
- Sift 2 g (about 1 tsp).
- Add 60โ70 ml water at 70โ80ยฐC.
- Whisk briskly in an Mโmotion for 15โ20 seconds until glossy and foamy.
- Sip as is, or top with a little hot water to taste.
Matcha Latte
- Siftย 2โ3 g matcha.
- Whisk with 30โ40 ml hot water (70โ80ยฐC) to a smooth, thick concentrate.
- Add 150โ200 ml hot or iced milk of choice. (Fullโcream and oat both shine.)
- Sweeten with honey, sugar or maple syrup to taste
