Processing Time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods dispatch may take a little longer. You will receive a tracking notification as soon as your order is on its way.

Free shipping on all Australian orders over $99 AUD.

For orders under $99 AUD, flat rate Express shipping is $9.99 AUD.

We ship internationally to selected countries. Available destinations and shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs clearance and local carrier processing.

Please note: International orders may be subject to VAT, GST, customs duties and import fees charged by your local government or postal service. These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer. If a parcel is refused and returned to us, return shipping costs and any fees incurred may be deducted from your refund.

 

Missed Deliveries and Collection Points

Some carriers may require a signature or ID for collection, or redirect your parcel to a local collection point after an attempted delivery. If your parcel is marked as available for collection or delivery attempted, please collect it within the carrier's holding period.

 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

If your order is delayed, contact us and we will lodge an enquiry with the carrier on your behalf.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer packaging and the products and we will make it right.
